Fact of the week: There are 3 major parts to our adult program: Swim School (learn-to-swim, deep water, learning strokes), Fitness Intro (introduction to swimming for exercise), and Lifetime Fitness (Often called Masters swimming, not necessarily for "swimming masters," but for adults who have become stronger in the water and are able to swim for 30-45 minutes or more).
