College Swimming

Hi Swim Team and Adult Fitness Swimmers, February and March are championship months in the swimming world. This week's Swim Team and Fitness Swimming general info/education focuses on what is happening at the Collegiate Swimming level. Before we get to this week's tip, please COMPLETE A BRIEF SURVEY and read the following message from our Water Polo program:

Did you know that water polo as a sport in 2022 will be recognized by high schools across the metroplex as a UIL sport? This means that water polo players will have the chance in high school to select water polo as an athletic period during the school day like swimming, football, track and basketball! This is an exciting time for the state's fastest growing sport. Please COMPLETE THIS SURVEY to help guide us in our decisions.

Fact of the week: Alumni of ours have swum and currently swim at the NCAA Division I, II, and III level. Swimming in college is more about finding the right fit for your swimmer's academic goals, future swimming goals, personality, and current times.

How does my swimmer move up? Our group promotion standards are your guide to growing and graduating! Promotion times can be achieved in practice or swim meets. We prefer to see them happen at a swim meet!

See you at the pool!
